Wilson Gouveia
Head Instructor
Born and raised in Fortaleza, Brazil. Wilson Gouveia is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and a 10x veteran of the UFC. Wilson has competed in both the UFC’s Middle Weight & Light Heavy Weight divisions. Wilson is a natural heavy hitter with unlimited potential. Regarded, as one of the top light heavy weights in the world, he is comfortable on his feet trading punches or on the ground relying on his Jiu-Jitsu.
Wilson began training martial arts at age 7 and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at age 14. He has won multiple Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships, State of Florida Championships, & has been named one of the top fighters in the world.
Wilson has built American Top Team Miramar around his principles of training and world class experience needed to succeed in Mixed Martial Arts.
